So I mentioned this in my tournament preview earlier this week but Elijah Joiner, a freshman PG for Tulsa, was recruited by Iowa State.

It actually came down to Elijah or Darius McNeil.

Obviously Iowa State made the wrong choice.

McNeil, FWIW, scored 17 last night for Cal.

Damn, knowing Cyclone luck that just means Joiner isn't going to miss tonight

Elijah is averaging 7.3 ppg 4.0 rpg 2.0 apg in 23 mpg.

Another ISU connection on the Tulsa roster is Jeriah Horne. Sitting out this year after transferring from Nebraska. Had ISU in his top 5 and was scheduled to visit before he committed to the Huskers.

Good for Darius McNeil. I hope he and his handler are enjoying all those entitled Berkeley women with unshaven armpits.

I don't think Iowa State made the wrong choice, Darius McNeil did.

Yeah! Damn those entitled Berkeley women for thinking they should have equal rights and pay!

I don’t see that anywhere in that post but ok chief.

He called Berkeley women entitled. Why, exactly?

I'm not going to derail the topic anymore, but Berkeley women are known historically and culturally for being liberal, feminists, and outspoken. It's just a ridiculous word to use describe women who simply want to have equal rights and aren't afraid to be vocal about it. That makes them... "entitled"? Okay...? I know these forums are probably predominantly male, but still...

Back to the topic at hand, if losing out on McNeill and Joiner meant we got the 2018 class that we signed, oh well. Worked out in the long run.

Listen, this isn't the place for SJW's. We have the cave for that. Or social media.
