Insight Rally Cry..

I would go to Houston for sure. I am tentatively planning on going to Phoenix. I have friends there (free lodging) so I would hate to miss out, but it's going to be a tough decision if Iowa gets selected for the Fiesta.

I'm just waiting on the official word then I will start booking my trip for two.

I'm as good as there! Used to live in Phoenix. Moved from there to Denver just before the '99 Insight game so was unable to attend....ripped my heart out not to be there. I'd love to go to that bowl 10 years later.

The Mizzou Tiger fans are trying to beat us up on the Insight Bowl's official Fan Forum discussion board. Some of us are trying to hold them off:

Fiesta Bowl

The link says Fiesta Bowl, but it takes you to the Insight Bowl's official fan forum. Fiesta and Insight Bowls are the same people, same website, etc.

Deeply considering it! It would just be me as of now though... I need more friends that are ISU fans! Living in Omaha you have more friends that are a "special" breed.

I'm lookin to find a group of folks to roll down with so I dont gotta ride with my parents. I went with them to the K-State game and nearly volunteered to ride behind the car Family Vacation dog style.

I'm going to guess that it will be easy to find a ride down. There will be tons of people going and probably a lot from this board. Sharing gas cost amongst 4-5 guys should make it pretty reasonable cost wise.

We are currently working out the details for a flight and land package. I have been told that they will be on our site no later than noon on Monday. Stay tuned. Chris will give an update as soon as we know something!

I say Cyclone fans should be booking rooms like crazy in the Phoenix area... Enough that it sends a message to that area that we would come strong...

I seriously considering attending, and I have a ticket question. I assume that you can purchase game tickets from ISU or directly from the bowl. Am I correct to assume that season ticket holders are offered seats first by ISU then they are made available to the general public by ISU? Trying to figure out the best path to get a seat.

Thanks!

I would try to get them through ISU or an ISU travel group (like cyclonefanatic, etc) so that you get seated with Cyclone fans. That way you don't accidently get tickets in the middle of a bunch of Minnesota fans!

Lets pretend ISU gets the Insight Bowl and Iowa gets the Fiesta Bowl. Will the package account for the State fans that also want to go to the Iowa game?
