I don't get it. Their stadium is a million times better than ours. If their stadium is a sewer, then what's ours?

ISUKyro used the sewer photo as "another pic" of the Baylor Stadium. I strongly disagreed. I think McLane Stadium is really, really nice.

the stadiums in the big 12 are only half the size of the ones being built in the SEC. We're falling behind.

Well I would hope that something brand new would look better than something 40 years old....

It's nice. And by nice I mean new. It's not a million times better than ours and from the sky it looks like a giant ****ing toilet seat. Once we get a legit press box JTS will look just fine...

But, you're all missing the point. When is someone gonna give surly the opportunity to post pics of ksu's upgrades, oooooops...

The SEC is starting to struggle to fill some of there stadiums. See the thread about college football teams looking at what Sporting KC is doing. Also Baylor is a private college with not a huge alumni, hence the tarp. This stadium more than suits their needs.

It's a beautiful looking stadium, but I'm baffled that there is only seating for 45,000 with a future expansion plan to get to 55,000. I know that Baylor is probably the 4th most popular team in Texas (Texas, TAMU, Texas Tech), maybe even 5th behind TCU, but wouldn't you figure they want to bring capacity up to at least 65,000+?
