Or just buy an aluminum jon boat, you can put in the back of a pickup by yourself and they last a lifetime or 2 . Will take on any farm pond in Iowa or non gas motor lake with ease

Intex? I don'y know if I would trust the same people who make low quality inflatable matresses with making a water worthy boat. Get ready to do a lot of swimming.

In college I would float down the skunk river on my cheap air mattress just fine!

We moved by a river. It would be cool to have something to throw in the water during the summer, but I'm thinking a kayak is a little too much work for me.

Yeah if I bought something like this, it would just be used at big creek so I would think it would be okay. Wife is currently telling me no, so now just want to get one out of spite.
