It is an adaptive feed. The quality is as good as your connection. You can manually set the quality in the lower right.

On the bottom right part of the screen it says "bitrate" and probably "adaptive" right next to that. Click on "adaptive" and change it to the highest number "2200 kbps." If your connection is a little bit slow, try 1600 or lower until something works well without skipping much.

Ugh, I've only done that about 48 times so far on the Neulion site. Stupid UX that you have to do it on the media player page & then again when you open the streaming window. Add to that you can't refresh easily...just ugh.
