As opposed to what, free pizza? I hope it's pizza night in CHA Dec. 8 the bus loads of ISU fans will be hungry .
Illinois bad offense + Iowa great defense + really bad weather conditions = low scoring football
Michigan stayed #3 as it was a good loss on the road. The whole country saw that and rewarded Michigan accordingly.
The average ppg for FBS teams the last two years has been 30 points, so technically yes?
There's no way that stat can be accurate...and that's not me trying to argue that just seems way too high.

The fifth paragraph mentions it. Its actually 29.6 points per game. And this year 60 teams are averaging over 29.6 ppg.

ISU has scored 42 points with 7 minutes left in the 2nd quarter. So I would say 28 is low scoring. I know there defense blow but still.
Michigan has 6 points against Indiana in the 3rd quarter. Is it awesome defense by Indiana (lol) or pathetic offense by Michigan?
