Thank God we now have the coaches who understand that "Holy crap, Todd Blythe is good, we should throw the ball to Todd Blythe. A lot."

It all falls on the offensive line...we always have GREAT WR's at ISU, we must admit to ourselves we are great at teaching the WR position, but you can't have a Detroit Lions situation where you have awesome receivers but you can't get the ball to them. If Meyer has time, holy sh*t, this offense could be deadly...Blythe needs to be somewhere around 80-90 receptions next year...he just doesn't touch the ball enough...and if he is single covered near the end zone, JUST THROW IT UP IN THE AIR! He'll find it.
Actually most of what it sounds like we are going to run is not really predicated on the line having to protect for long periods of time...just short ones. This is a quick passing offense primarily. Additionally, our receivers will have to be able to block for one another...especially with the bubble screen concept.
