Such an unbelievably corny look when you are a second year coach but you are giving out lectures like you are Coach ******* K

I think this is worse than anything Campbell has done, I'm just saying I read a lot of other Big 12 boards and Twitter, and most non-ISU fans that pay attention to our program think Campbell is a crybaby. This has been posted multiple times and I'm calling BS. Matt has had some animated freak outs but no more than anyone else and nothing like the 2.5 hour whiny little display Tang put on last night.
Every interaction he had with TJ was bush league, during the game and after, especially after he and his team just crapped their pants in the last 4 minutes.
I can confirm this as false.
You'll know I have TJs ear when Pavs doesn't enter a game, Watson plays more, and performances like Lipsey's results in a little more bench time. You also wouldn't see us trap when we are consistently getting burned off of it.
I do know he has my number on speed dial, which has resulted in a few drunken phone calls. Good Ole TJ!
El. Oh. El.TJ is on his phone during games only to get live coaching tips from @ZRF .

CMC's freakouts on refereeing are the best thing about him. This has been posted multiple times and I'm calling BS. Matt has had some animated freak outs but no more than anyone else and nothing like the 2.5 hour whiny little display Tang put on last night.

His most famous one in the big 12 championship against OU... he was wrong.CMC's freakouts on refereeing are the best thing about him.
I seriously cannot remember one that wasn't warranted.

That one left a lasting impression on the sporting public. His most famous one in the big 12 championship against OU... he was wrong.
I like the "you had the refs in your pocket" comments that I've read. It’s hilarious that anyone - even a delusional KSU fan - can watch that whole game, watch the actions of both coaches, and come away thinking “man that Otz guy is a huge douchebag”
What annoyed me was the pettiness he showed in the last minute when they were down 10 and game was obviously over but he just wanted us all to have to endure another 5-10 minutes of a game that wound up going over 2.5 hours long. Looking at the play by play:
Fouled with 1:08 and ISU up 10
Timeout at 1:05 with ISU up 12
Timeout at 1:01 after made 3 still down 9
Foul at :56
Foul again at :36 down 10
His technical at 2:01 cost his team too. They were only down 4 at the time and it gave Milan 4 free throws which he hit 3 and now they are down 7. As a coach you have to restrain yourself better than that and not put your team in a bigger hole that late in the game.
Is there a lipreader in the house? At one point, Tang clearly says "fan" and presumbably points to the bad person in the stands. I did think the guy making crybaby signs at him after the T was acting like a clod.
I agree. I think that really adds to the team's toughness. A lot of times on a really bad call you will see no reaction from our guys. Just get up and get ready for the next play. That's a winning attitude. It's a big reason I think TJ has been successful here. He keeps his composure and the team sees that and reflects it.
With all the bad calls last night compare the reactions and body language from both teams last night, big reason IMO why one flamed out spectacularly and the other clutched up and finished.
