How do you react if you see this on the road?

This is why I advised against having those trailers cross under the main power feed to a plant I worked at.

I was told this would never happen.

I quit to work elsewhere.
I'm guessing he lost his CDL.

I would actually try and get ahead. That is a clear danger in the making, and if your in front, there is not risk to you. If your behind that, then there could face the aftermath of said damage.

So...lets say you saw this happen from behind...do you stop to help or move through the damage if you can safely?

I'm probably not going back. I'd call the police and maybe pull over a bit ahead to see if they need a statement or something. But I'm not going back there. No chance that's safe with the bridge being damaged and high speed traffic coming up on the accident.

SOB he hit that at ramming speed. That's going to be expensive.
I don't have the skills but I hope someone takes that clips and then puts the audio "LEEEEERRRROOYYYYYY JJJEEENNNKKKINS!!" over it.

I hate grain trucks. I swear every single one is driven by cousin Tommy that can't be trusted with any of the field equipment and he drives it like he's driving his pickup.
