I have a number of things I can turn to. In no particular order they include family, friends, beer, and athletic pursuits.

Playing guitar or listening to music. I'll go on runs if I get really stressed, or take a shower if it's a late night and I still have work to do.

1)Hit the gym
2)Listen to music
3)Watch a comedy
4)Talk with friends/family (I really don't like bothering other people with my problems)

At one time eating and drinking would have been on my list but too much of that lead to #1 on my list.

talking with friends/family
Music: lately Phantom of the Opera or Evita
I used to go practice taekwondo

I work the old punching bag aka wife.

J/K... She's just my girlfriend.

For real J/K... Violence is bad and I do not condone domestic abuse... and don't do drugs.

I cope with stress in a number of ways which include;
1.) Listening to Brahms' 2nd Symphony
2.) Watch any sitcom rerun that is on
3.) Wathc a movie, usually tends to be a feel good type
4.) If all else fails I just vent out whatever is bothering me with my friends and family.

Listen to music while I'm running. A physical basketball game usually works well for me also (no blood no foul style).
