Hotel Phillips in KC

I went to priceline this am to book 2 rooms for our fb game with k-state,and I selected crown center/and downtown areas,then I selected 4 star hotels and they accepted my bid @ The Hotel Phillips. Have any of you stayed there before? Was it close to power&light district,and did you like it ? Thanks Tim

Never have stayed there but heard it was recently updated. Just one block from P&L. I did hear good things about it.
