Home uniforms?

Cardinal on Cardinal @ home for sure, and take along the cardinal pants while on the road. The cardinal/cardinal at home gives us a trademark look. I really like the most recent uni's we've had w/ the white numerals/names etc.. and the small "Iowa State" on the chest. The uni's of Seneca's time were too much. I had co-workers give me crap about them, telling me they had to adjust their TV sets for the strange colors. The gold clashed horribly w/ the white in the logo on the helmets. But another tiny difference (and improvement) also is the white facemasks on the helmets as opposed to the previous darker color.

In an ideal world, yeah... this is cool because each team get's its own identity... but there are only so many distinguishable colors... and you can't have two teams wearing even halfway close colors for a game because people have to make quick decisions and often times it's made on a split second decision based on the color you see...

This I know, I was just saying that in a perfect world I would like each team to have one and only one jersey. Of course I say this so I don't feel obligated to have to buy more than one jersey. Plus a Cardinal jersey is more slimming than a White...

Gotta keep the red on red. Lets build a traadition. Its hard to do that when we change everything every 5 years.
I had to turn an old Richard Dent Startign Lineup figure into a Jason Berryman figure in the red on red uni. Its my avatar photo now.

Not sure about the player's jerseys, but yes, the fans are supposed to wear Gold colored ISU apparell to the NU game! We've gotta have different colors than NU in that game...

I think that a yellow jersey just liek what the basketball teams have would be cool in there for a game or two
