If you look at his resume the third year is always his best(except for Sienna). It is obvious he is on the downward trajectory. Are you concerned? He really seems to lose his passion for the job after the third year(except Sienna). Heck after his third year on the job at Lehigh he took a role as an assistant coach. This might explain what happens with the players he works with...not much development because they are following his lead of mediocrity after that third year. It all makes sense now. The lack of mental toughness, passion, and dedication to the job evaporate after the third year.

Not talking about him. Focus here. Do you agree that Francis John has peaked? He is a perpetual bottom feeder that has peaked. Guy is a serial under performer. Holy **** he is ******* near being Kirk.

The annual loss to Northwestern really takes the wind out of their sails. Then they start heading to Cyclone forum boards in droves.

It's a terrible migration, really. Also tends to happen around February, related to basketball.
