I would be fine with giving Fred a raise every year until the University cannot afford to go any higher. I would be okay with paying more for this privilege as well. It is worth it.

No kidding. Fred is a still a bargain at a $2.6 million average. BARGAIN.

He's a coaching star. If he wasn't 'ours' we could never dream of hiring him. The last thing we want to do is take him for granted.

For sure...would love to had access to his agents voicemail to see who has called to inquire...and, if one of the "big boys" retires (Boeheim, Coach K, etc) you know he's on the short list.

What was that BS article about. Time for fans to step up to the Hilton Coliseum ticket counter? Only a few of those early games weren't sold out.

Time to pay for those tickets at an amount closer to what the top programs in college basketball, plus donations. All the revenue generated in Hilton would not come close to what KU makes from just part of AFH. Obviously they have had more success, but it takes money to get to that level.
