The ISU BB Facebook page posted a pic of the team eating dinner last night and it looked like Kane may have had something shaved into the back of his head as well...although the pic was pretty grainy so it was hard to tell...and it definitely wasn't as big and noticeable as Hogue's.

Kane's looked like horizontal lines with an "M" at the base of his skull.

Considering how well he has been playing lately he can do anything he damn well wants to with his own head.

I think this is a trend, the student section should do this. Bad taste is good for big games, especially if the other team is beaten by it. Then it turns into good taste.

Regarding the pic you mentioned. Did anyone else find it funny that the 2 freshman were in dress shirts while everyone else was in their warmups?

I've seen bad ideas. This looks like one of them.

The only bad ideas that Hogue can have for me may come on the basketball court. However, I am fairly certain that this haircut won't slow him down there. I am sure he will be in full beast mode tomorrow. The thing about Dustin is, he scratches and claws. I have seen very few basketball players in my lifetime that I could say that about. Who cares what he does with his hair?

I don't care one way or the other; the kid can do what he wants with his hair. It just seems that when a kid does something like this that they just as often as not have a bad game and look silly. I hope this falls into the "not" category because I think Dustin deserves to pound his chest a little bit rather than look silly.
