While I think Tech is more talented, you can't have bad decisions (QB play), not be able to block (OL), and you can't drop passes, especially on the road.

I don't rely on talent to win games, because it loses enough for me to be concerned. Just look at the UCLA/Texas game. Texas should have won on talent alone.

Tech just isn't very good running, or passing right now. I blame the lack of passing on both the QB, and the OL, and I blame the running game on the OL.

If OL play is your concern, look for them to get right this coming weekend against our undersized and shallow-depthed DL. With this will come plenty of time for your QB to make the correct decisions and complete medium to long range passes. Our DB's aren't horrible, by any means, but the DL doesn't create enough of a pass rush to force opposing QB's to get the ball out quickly. Our DB's can cover, but they can't cover for 6+ seconds each play. Trust me, your passing game will get in sync this weekend.

Our offense is a mess right now. Your offense will be helped with short fields due to our inability to get first downs. Unless your offense is just turning the ball over repeatedly, I think you'll be fine.

tech has the ability to rack up 700 or more yards on our defense and at least 45 points. the one thing we got going for us is the ability to force turnovers. thats the only way our defense will be able to keep tech from scoring. our offense is gonna have to score in this game. i got tech winning 49-17

perfect way to put it. this is exactly what i was thinking. we are in alot of trouble the next 4 weeks. a 2-2 record right now looks pretty good, but we will soon be 2-6

Not only is 2-6 highly probable, but the next 4 games have a good chance of being blow outs. These offenses are freaking good. Utah is averaging 44 points a game. Yikes.

I honestly can not remember a 4 game series like the one facing ISU. Toughest schedule in the nation is an understatement.

yeah, i just dont see us pulling an upset in the next 4 games. but, at least we could win a few big 12 north games. kansas is not looking good and we could beat colorado and maybe mizzou. sad thing is that we will be the underdog in the rest of the games except maybe kansas. i am changing my 5-7 prediction to 4-8.

ISU will get one of KU and CU, but not both. They'll upset someone too, I just don't think it will be in the next 4 weeks. ISU will finish as the best 4-8 team in the country.

i am gonna say that this is the year we beat kansas after 2 close losses the past 2 years. this year we get it done. colorado will be a tough one being on the road and all, but i think we are the better team and we can beat them. those will be our only 2 wins the rest of the year. i hope we do pull an upset, but i dont see it happening
