Just so you know, GP is highly, highly respected around here. Love that kind of coach. Sharp man, runs a great and clean program. An asset to the Big 12 (need I mention Baylor. . . .)

I'm planning to talk with a few tCu fans as I cross their paths Saturday. Generally, would your fans enjoy this sort of friendly chat?

If we don't defeat you, may you go undefeated and kick ass in the name of the Big 12.

Wait, wait, WAIT! What the hell is wrong/bad about tacos? And, why isn't this a racist/ethnic thing? Taco Tech seems to link the university to Mexico and Mexicans; if you think this is humorous, count me out!

Yes, I would say Horned Frog fans would definitely be up for friendly chat! Not sure how many will make it up yonder but I reckon we’ll have plenty of purple up there.

Thanks for the kind words regarding our coach. His impact on the football program and the university as a whole has been priceless.

I’m more worried about playing y’all than I am OU in Norman.

If we were to squeak out a victory then I’d hope we would represent the league well the rest of the way.

I brought race into it? I believe you're the one who mentioned 'Taco Tech.'

Perhaps the OP is a racist as well? Or, insensitive. I grew up in the 1950s and '60s, I've had my fill of American racism and bigotry. I'm sayin' . . .

That's OK. I'm comfortable standing on my own.

But let me ask, what meaning do you mean to convey by labeling Texas Tech as Taco Tech? Is your message uplifting? Or, is it meant to be denigrating? If it's not too much to ask, what is it you mean to convey with that label, 'Taco Tech'? You mean something by it, so please tell us, what is it you are saying?

I will concede to you that it might just be me, but I don't have clue one what you mean by this response. "Being 'uplifting' to a conference rival'?" Whaaaaaa?

"Grow up" is a personal attack, it demeans you, not me. Personal attack is not the way to win friends . . . or arguments.
