I mentioned pages ago what a P.O.S. Ferentz is because of his kid's subsidized housing fiasco and it's interesting seeing some Iowa fans chime in on this thread but no one could respond to it.
I would have been furious if Rhoads' kids would have pulled a slap in the face of taxpayers stunt like that.

I was rooting against Iowa, but never root for Cheatagain State unless they play Iowa. I don't respect programs that have to cheat/rig games to win basketball games (2000 Elite 8). Maybe it shouldn't bother me that much because it's football and not basketball, but it still does.

My wife is a hawk fan, but I refuse to cheer for them, but I did not cheer against them. Totally expected MSU to win that game comfortably. Iowa played as a team and I respect them, but glad they lost. Great season. Extremely tough to go 12-0 in regular season, no matter how tough the competition is

I didn't. I watched them play a lot this season and wasn't blown away by anything I saw.

They barely beat Rutgers and lost to Nebraska.

I totally expect Alabama to rout the Spartans.

Exactly what I was thinking. With their All-Big 10 QB struggling, they decided to play big boy football and run the ball 21 times in one drive to win the game. And their opponent could not do anything about it.

I'll admit I've gotten pissy on some of my posts lately. Like most fanatics here, I take my sports more seriously than I should.

Hell, I walked three miles after the game last night to cool off. Which was kind of funny because I walked by a guy (yes, in a Hawkeye sweatshirt, and no not in a trailer park) outside yelling about a burned out light on his Rudolph lawn decoration. He just ******* changed that damn light!
