A Blood Mary... Had to get that breakfast drink in right away. That was 3 am on Golfview Rd 1 block from the stadium.
Got my tickets for this year cheap, but just found out that I can't park in the same lot now. But I should still be there again by 3am with drink in hand.
When was the last cheap shot that I took at ISU on my radio show...please be specific.

I kinda thing that if ISU and Iowa didn't play one another each year, some fans (again, on both sides) would have no idea what to do with themselves.

There was that one time, you know about the guy who had the thing and he did this. That was totally uncalled for you Hawkeye lovin' SOB!
It wouldn't really matter what I come up with because you'll just say something like you were joking when you said it or something along those lines. That's what you said in the past when similar accusations come up.
I have a picture someplace of an Iowa player holding an LSU defender by the arm on that play. I still say they lost because they missed a holding call.
Actually I think this is the opposite too. Zabel leaves no doubt that he's disappointed in losses but he did say on the air last year that Christensen wasn't good enough yet and he has openly said that Iowa isn't very good and got beat by a better team after losses. It takes a 100-0 loss to get Miller to even hint at that possibility. It is Jon, not Jim, who leads the meltdown call in shows and it is Jon, not Jim, who keeps promoting the nonsense that Iowa "should have won but didn't show up" when the truth is they suck.
Then again, Jim has seen a lot of highs and lows including 20 straight losing seasons. That gives him a more realistic view of things.
