Can you provide evidence of the big ten doing well out of conference against power 5 schools?

So you want to cut the year off? Not going to look at the entire season? Well, you may want to do that. It's not very pretty for the big ten, like normal.

Big twelve is good all year. They don't need to cut seasons in half to help themselves.

Yes Ohio state was good. I would have still taken tcu any day. You may have missed their bowl game where they dismantled old miss, the team that beat alabama.

Basketball was definitely disappointing at the end for the big 12. The entire season again revealed the big 12 to be one of the best conferences in the nation.

Is this like the hawk fan argument about playing at the end of the year and improving as the year went on? That's one of the best pieces if bs of all time. The only thing that changed as the year went on was that they played big ten teams later.

When the isu game got pushed back, they lost to isu again and that was after weeks of big ten wins and hawk fans pulling their usual lines.

Your competition sucks. That's just reality.

In basketball the B10 has represented well in the post season for years. That hasn't been the case in football until this past season, but like Perky said, I wasn't talking about the B10. I'm typically very open minded and honest about th B10 conference strength as I perceive it. I wasn't talking up the B10 basketball conference this year until they went out and played pretty well in the tournament. I wasn't talking up the B10 football conference this year until they went out and actually had a decent post season for the first time in quite awhile.

That's not the case with MANY Cyclone fans. In many cases it's the opposite. All you hear about prior to and during the regular season is how good the B12 is and then they go out and crap the bed when it matters the most. You'd think some people would learn their lesson. There is clearly a trend developing.
