Just saw this on FB. Lucky Egypt! I wish there were more locations in the midwest...so many closed. There is still one in New Ulm, MN...that's the closest one to the TC.

I don’t know how Ames was but it isn’t as good as it used to be when it was at their old location. It isn’t bad just probably not worth what it costs. We get it every once in a while still.

It's still really good, IMO. Best pizza ever? No but it's still great to have especially now that they are closing so often

Happy Joes in Urbandale was my first H.S. Job circa 2002. Best chain pizza in Iowa hands down. I wish they would put one in Newton. Looked into franchising, not too bad in regards to initial principal investment.

When ole Brasky was working the Godfather's oven back in CR he put together a pretty mean CB and Kraut. Especially if he had recently taken out the trash....

Cheeseburger, Cheeseburger, Cheeseburger . . . . pizza that is. It is actually pretty good and tastes surprisingly like a cheeseburger.

We had it catered in for a lunch meeting here in WDM a while back. Still about as meh as I remember. Everyone always raved about their taco pizza, but that ranks pretty close to the bottom of types of pizza I would eat.
