Happiness Thread

I'm going golfing later today, because I no longer need to watch college football.

The Niners are going to **** up the Rams tomorrow too. So, that will be nice to watch players that know how to run, tackle, catch and pass.

Right after the game I did send a text to the golf group that I'm open to Saturday tee times the rest of the year.

I get upset during the game and shortly after but quickly flush it, more important things to lose sleep over than result of a ballgame.
Healthy way to view it. Sports is entertainment. Are our lives really different if your favorite team wins or loses? It’s more fun when they win. But at the end of the day the game was intended to provide a temporary escape from work, health, or any other issues anyone may be facing.

Got some luvin’ this morning so it started good!
Hey, me too!

I'm happy that the issues seem to be more coaching related than player related, so it is nice that we're not being out-talented, just out-coached. Didn't Kirk F change something like 10 years to be less bad? Maybe CMC can too...

The weather is also pretty nice, so there's that.

Plus, they'll be less people in the stands next week so I don't have to get the gates an hour early to get in and my kids can play on the hillside. So things are looking up. ;)

We got 2nd in our golf tournament today and I won the 50/50 pool. Played with my son who is a student at ISU and my brother who is why I'm a Cyclone and he was celebrating his birthday. Other than the game it has been a great day.

I feel bad for these kids and coaches that have been dealt a shift hand this year. I don't hear them making excuses so neither will I.

Always a great day to be a Cyclone, some days are better than others however.

May we all live long enough to never again take pooping for granted. In the meantime, we are allowed to sing da blues.
