How is it that someone like he gets offered a scholarship to sit on the bench at ISU? Not being mean,,,,,,,,,,but just seems like he was one of 4-5 that did nothing but occupy space, with no upside potential.

There are 13 scholarship players on the team. Not being mean,,,,,,,,,but just seems like you don't understand basketball.

I rarely remember anything specifically posted by another poster but I remember "that guy" from the Hoiberg hiring thread. I believe he was pretty certain Fred would be a disaster.

His hips may have been a big part of him not being the player we or the previous staff expected. Or they may have just missed. Or maybe he just didn't fit with Prohm. We will never know.
