Hallice is transferring

I'm going to be that guy. I don't think Prohm liked him very much since his suspension. Even when he would come in and outplay Ashton, Ashton would still get more minutes. Watching that unravel last year, pretty much let me know he would probably be transferring (I think I said as much on one of the threads at the end of the season). There. Go ahead and crucify me now.
He didn't like him before the season. He never mentioned him talking about ayers yet mentioned Babb all the time. I think this makes zero sense unless you factor that into the equation and then it makes all the sense in the world. Sticking around at a place that isnt a good fit doeant help anyone.

Disappointing to see him depart but understand the reasoning behind it. Liked what he brought to the team and thought we'd see more this season but there's a huge logjam at guard.

I'm surprised that some thought he was a good defender.
That's tough for him. Loses a whole year just to go somewhere else. I'll bet he ends up on the east coast. I think he was never fully recovered from his injury. Will be interesting to see how he plays for his new team.

I have absolutely no inside info, so no sources to burn, but I think we'll definitely have another departure. There's an awful lot of continued recruiting going on when we're supposedly "full" for next year.

He never lived up to expectations here. For much of the season he was a liability on the court. Can't say that he didn't have the opportunity to prove himself. When Naz shut it down, there was a ton of minutes for the taking. We had no depth and he couldn't take advantage of it. This year, he was screwed without some huge improvement on his part. Monte, Naz, Matt, and Burton are all significantly better than him. It is possible that Babb, Jackson, and Long all are better than him too.

Hallice can move down a division and play next year. He should probably go with Fran and the Hawkeyes.....
