my best professor was one that I had during freshman year that had us go to their house for a learning community project and allowed us to empty his liquor cabinet. probably the single greatest thing i ever did for a class. ive heard that they also brought 40s to class and drank them during class. for obvious reasons i probably shouldnt release their name

John Jack Hagge! - Classical Western Literature and History of the English Language. He had a beard that would make the most masculine of men swoon.

I'm only in my second semester but my calc professor last semester was awesome. His names Michael Young.

I never took any of his classes, but Dr. Youngs was my favorite professor. I had to opportunity to get to know him during my years there.

Mathematics Prof. Alexander Abian. He theorized by removing part of the Earth's moon mass, it would alter the Earth's orbit, causing a Summer-like season all over the planet year round. It made the National Enquirer, I believe he spent a number of years teaching Math 105 to football players as a result of the poor publicity the theory brought to the University.

Professor Boone in the Design College - he was brilliant and could have been a top-notch motivational speaker. SIBKIS is still a motto I live by.

I thought of him right away too. I'd add Barbara Mack and Allen Michie as honorable mentions.

Gary Wade! Fun class, learned lots, and to this day he speaks to me when I see him at the games in Hilton.

Was Michie the guy that taught Brit Lit up until about... 2007ish and then quit? His wife taught at Iowa, and they lived in the middle between the two Universities?

Certainly one of the more entertaining ones I had was Fred Choobineh.

I wish id had the money to follow his investment advice. I took his class right when google was IPOing.. at like... $90\share. Its $630 right now. He was all like.... 'take your money, and put it in ze google'

I forget her name but it was Biology 210 in 04'. Its the day of the final and we(the class) get there at 8 am to take it. Soon after the test is set to begin she realizes she left the final in her office. Subsequently she gave everyone A's..... That was a good day.

Best- Dirk Deam easily. Probably the most interesting/smartest man I have ever met.
Easiest- Hollinger in Philosophy
Worst- Cunnally in Art History/Classics
