I was excited for this, but after watching that I feel like I've seen this remake 1000X before.

So the kid is supposed to be Egon Spengler's son (Harold Ramis). Murray, Aykroyd, Hudson, Weaver are all supposed to have a role in the movie. Not sure if Louis (Rick Moranis) is involved but this movie sound promising and hopefully there is more humor than they are showing on the trailer.

I was going in to the trailer thinking I would hate it but I think it looks ok. At least it isn't a lazy gender swap reboot. Egons granddaughter finding the old Ghostbuster stuff sounds fun and Paul Rudd is money.

Grandson. They talk about how the farm was owned by their grandfather, and then the granddaughter starts finding Egon's stuff in the walls.

Looks okay. I'm generally opposed to the recycling of old movies/TV shows. But maybe this will be better then the PC version.
