Hmmm.... Maybe I spoke too soon on the career day thing...I wonder how many records our D has given up this year?
Of course, that the conference now has the best offenses it's ever had has nothing to do with that.
Anytime during the past 18 years I would be pissed about what is going on in a game like this. This year has put me on the sidelines. If we turn it around, great. But it just seems like that day may never come. (quick, somebody say negative rep because I'm not all rainbows and smiles)
Maybe we can get an NCAA exemption, and field another 2 players. I wonder if 13 would do any good, anyway.
I am going to stick to my previous posts that state that we should NEVER punt unless we are in the game. Then at least we would give up less yards!
Not sure if this has been posted yet but LJ has 304 kickoff return yards, which is a single game NCAA record.
I'm overreacting, but I honestly expect more from Gene Chizik. Our athletes are young, but that is no excuse for the absolute breakdowns we've been watching for the last several games. A good part of it is coaching, plain and simple.
