Yes, they do. But that improvement shows up over games. Not just magically during the off season. Where is the game to game improvement that will show that we will be better next season.

If I had any motivation I could go out and show you some teams that didn't improve at all during the season, but the next season made HUGE strides.

Minnesota comes to mind off the top of my head.

As players get older and stay in a system they tend to get better. Therefore we have a lot of opportunity to get better as we are playing so many true freshman and other youngsters.

So that improvement only happens during the off season? Those young players only get better during the off season?

Why not from week to week? Show me how our defense has improved week to week this season since game one?

I think the offense has. But what about the D?
