G7 this season

I just drove by and the IM fields are tore up and surrounded by six foot fence. Anyone know if this project will be done by the start of the season or will we be walking to South 4th and University to get to the stadium?

Maybe the fence will be permanent to eliminate foot traffic on the new fields? Don't know but could see this as a possibility.
An article I found states construction will be done summer 2020. So the fence very well may be there for at least this fall. They may need to add a couple shuttles to haul all the fans that dont want to walk.

It’s already horrible getting out of there and now add all of the foot traffic coming back into the lot. Looks like I’ll be doing more post game tailgating this year!
