I am a Case Manager and Vocational Specialist (aka job coach) for a human services-focused non-profit that works with kids and adults with developmental disabilities (similar to Mainstream Living in Ames) in NW Colorado.

Rewarding and challenging at the same time. I managed the vocational department that was every level of integration you could imagine. Throw in you probably get paid about 60% what people doing similar work not in not for profits and it can make it frustrating at times as well.
