I kind of want to visit Detroit and see what’s going on there.
Detroit is a dumpster fire of a city.

I hear the word Vegas and all I can think of is a drunk bridesmaid in a bachelorette party, awkwardly walking in heels, with a fruity drink in hand drinking out of a penis straw, talking really loud and crying, with mascara running down her face. Probably saying she hates drama.Agree on Vegas, guess it's neat to see once but too many other places in the country/world to see before I'd want to go back.
Yes. They moved the statue after the movie though because they didn't want all that foot traffic in the cemetary.
The statues/headstones are so beautiful:

This one was by far the creepiest...pretty sure she comes alive at night and walks around:

That exact scene is happening, multiple places, in Las Vegas at this very moment.
For my most recent birthday, Janny told me to pick anywhere in the continental 48 I wanted to go as my present. I had it narrowed down to Charleston and Portland, as I'd never been to either and was really fascinated by both. I still want to hit Charleston, but we're heading back to Portland in a few weeks because we loved it so much!
The same same thing could probably be applied to Nashville and which is funny considering how popular it's been in this thread.
Going to the vampire strip club again?
I really enjoyed the historical aspects and country music part of Nashville.
I haven't been to Vegas, but I did really enjoy Nashville myself. This is probably dorky, but my favorite part was visiting the Hatch Print Show.
I totally agree with all of that! We were there in February and it was gorgeous light-jacket weather. We were able to just go see all kinds of cool historical stuff, eat super-Southern food, haunted pub crawls, etc. It's gorgeous and so elegant. I had really wanted to go to Charleston because I figured it was the same (and Savannah was my favorite city in the US until I went to Portland), but I figured we'd try something totally new. I still would like to go to Charleston sometime soon and back to Savannah!
IDK what that is.
