Friday OT #2 - Missing the Magic

I missed that one as well. I actually missed almost that whole year, dealing with some personal stuff. The only game I made that season was the Baylor Brawl.
Also was offered tickets to the OSU game that ended the BCS, but it was that night and I already had plans 
Took the gf to that game, her first ever. She is not into sports at all, but likes hockey because of the fights.
I said, "eh there are never fights in football, because of the helmets, etc, it just doesn't happen."
15 minutes later Montgomery is getting thrown into a table 5 yards off the sideline and all hell breaks loose. She loved it!
And I agree, that was the angriest ever seen Trice - dirty dirty crap by Baylor.
But still only 20% as bad as the KU bs charge call on Niang. I really thought that might turn into a riot, that was off the scale.
Thought of one. Missed most of the 2005 'Tornado game' because FSN cut away once their air time was up due to the weather delay.
I was at a bar and had no way of even knowing why they cut away from the game and didn't find out the results until later.
Missed most of the next week too due to work. I remember catching one replay that involved a controversial call and knew what was next. Iirc the call was really bad, but it was that team's trend to let one bad thing effect everything else.

I will forever die on the hill of being more pissed about Withey being able to stay in after they called the foul on someone that was about 5 feet away.
