Okay - CydTracked just brought up a good point. I DO enjoy some of the Pixar & Disney animations....Wall-E, UP, and anything and everything to do with Minions...
My kids haven't been little for a long time, but when they were, I enjoyed Legends of the Hidden Temple, The Magic School Bus, Spongebob, and Rugrats. Could probably quote most episodes of Thomas the Tank Engine. Even though Scooby Doo was not on the air much when he was little, my second oldest was obsessed with Scooby Doo and every time we went to the library, had to check out Scooby Doo videos as well.
I occasionally babysit neighbor kids and my nieces' kids, and they are all into Paw Patrol, which is all right.

My 4 year old loves the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles reboot on Nickelodeon. I found myself watching that with her
Steven Universe is the one show we watch as a family and can all sit through. The episodes are short, my kids love the action/fast-paced nature of the episodes, and my wife and I love the social/societal themes the show addresses. That show just brings up so many emotions in such a short amount of time. Rebecca Sugar is a freakin' genius. Also the songs are catchy as hell:

TV - Gravity Falls was pretty funny. Hated to see it go. Scooby Doo, Phineus and Ferb and the old Looney Tunes are still some of my favs. I hate most of the other Disney shows because the kids are usually brats and the dads are almost always portrayed as doofs. My daughter watched Girl Meets World, and I was fairly impressed with some of the subjects they tackled. It was one of the shows I could tolerate.
Movies - there are some really good animated movies. I liked Wreck It Ralph, Big Hero 6, Kubo and the Two Strings, Zootopia, Despicable Me, The Incredibles, The Lego Movie, Toy Story, Tangled, Wall-E, Atlantis and Bolt. I like several of Disney's older animated movies as well.
Edit, I completely forgot Dreamworks in my list. How to Train Your Dragon is one of my favorite animated movies. Also, Kung Fu Panda and Shrek are solid.

Paw Patrol. Our daughter lit up the church Christmas program singing "Pup, Pup Boogie."
Peppa Pig is great stuff. Ben and Holly, too.
I might enjoy some of this more than Z does.
Up is an incredible movie. How many movies are out there that cover a person's whole life (not just a scene or two from their childhood) and are actually good? I can name three off the top of my head: It's a Wonderful Life, Up and Goodfellas. I'm sure there's more but I don't want to really use my brain or google.
About a minute of Up is one of the finest love stories on film.
I love cartoons. My favorite that my boys are still into is Teen Titans Go.

If I can think of any it might be Despicable Me and Wreck It Ralph movies. I mean who doesn't find the minions funny right?
Have a daughter that turns 3 in a couple months, thankfully she isn't really into TV shows much right now and would rather play and usually doesn't pay too much attention sometimes when we do have something on for her. But when she does it's Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, Paw Patrol, Doc McStuffins or the movie Frozen. After seeing Mickey Mouse Clubhouse episodes far more times on the DVR than I care to, I find myself making sarcastic remarks now how certain things in the episodes are not logical which provides some comic relief because it drives my wife nuts "don't make fun of your daughter's shows and ruin it for her!" She knows I'm not serious and just joking around though
How could I forget the Clubhouse? Right now, the only way I can get my 2 year old to brush his teeth is to sing the "Hot Dog" song. Good thing I don't mind They Might Be Giants...
Also, imagine the creepy old man from Family Guy saying "Hey kids, you wanna come inside my clubhouse?". Kind of puts a new spin on the show for you.
Recess, Avatar, Pokemon, Angry Beavers, Rugrats, The Wild Thornberries. I grew up in this era so it has definitely stuck with me.
