How is that Black Lager? I'm a fan of Guinnes and have been intrigued by it..but never tried it
Got some busch light bottles in ny fridge. Also some leinenkugels berry Weiss? Never had it. Bottle looked cool.
sad to hear. I thought that was eastern side of the state. Need to rep SW Iowa better than that. (as he has hawkeye vodka on the shelf).
Actually you're way off Farnsworth. I got to talking with a Bud distributor at a Cyclone golf outing this summer. I asked him what the No. 1 selling beer in Iowa was. He said that it is Busch Light, mainly because of how much of it we drink down in the southwest corner. Said that the numbers of it sold down in SWI are insane.
I am a fan. It's definitely worth a try. Not the same as Guinness (which is a stout), but I think it's got a good flavor. Bit of a coffee-chocolate taste.
So what you're telling me is that if my brother finally gets up enough nerve to decide to marry his SWIA gf, the reception will be mainly a Busch Light affair?
You know, I used to like Rolling Rock. Then, they changed something and now it tastes like ***.
haha not many like it now. i might just grab a dirty thirty of that tonight. rolling rock was one of the first beers i had so it will always have a special place in my heart
