I just came from the Ames-Story County Cyclone Club luncheon. Coach Chizek was the speaker. Get on board folks! We have us a football coach!!!

Great that your on board, now you just have to figure out how to spell his name.

You should ensure that all of your grammer and spelling is correct when pointing out someone elses incorrect spelling.

LMAO! So should you. :wink0st:

Anywho...it's spelled Chizik.

Hope you had fun at the luncheon. Gene sure does look and act the part. :biggrin9gp:

(Chizik, You're, Else's) Be kind to one another, we are all Cyclones. Welcome to the site.

Completely agree. My point was that someone posted that he is excited with our new football coach and the next post guts him for a very minor mistake. People need to remember that these forums are basically people 'talking' therefore should give some leeway in inadequate spelling and grammer.:biggrin9gp:

I think their are a bunch of English 104 teachers on this bored.

Note: the preceeding errors of there and board are intentional

yuo gyus aer hilrius thsi wsa a therda aoubt the new caohc adn nwo it hsa gnoe to the dogs. I fele bad for the cycolne fantiac thta stretat the therad. His piont has bene lost amognts the chtater.

I understand what your getting at. I'm not fond of the grammar and spelling police either. But when you can't spell your own head coaches name correctly you look dumb and it makes the rest of the fan base look the same.

Geez, cut the guy some slack...it's not like his last name is Smith or Nelson or some other common name. I'm sure you knew how to spell it when you first heard it :no6xn: So instead of being critical of fellow fans, lets direct that anger to EIU or some other just cause. :yes4lo:
