Just to keep is straight for everyone like ME.

Next year's Freshmen 2023 Class (Omaha, Milan, Jelani, and Kayden)

Freshmen in 2 years 2024 Class (JT and Nojus)
Nice to get to the point where we aren't building a roster with transfers. However, I can't wait to see the shooter we add this spring and the center we add in 24 to fill this out.

Could 100% be wrong on this, but being one of the few(likely) teams to be able to pain a full picture on how our roster should look every year would massive in looking for guys in the portal in both getting them and also just being able to narrow our focus

I'm not sure how to comprehend all the success TJ has brought to this program presently and for what's in store for the future. This is foreign territory, folks.

Agreed. It's incredible.

2020/1: 2 wins, 0 conference wins
--- in comes otz ---
2021/2: sweet 16
2022/3: ???
2023/4: #7 national recruiting class, top 2 ranked recruits of all time at ISU
2024/5: currently #3 ranked recruiting class

Watching his highlights, he'll contribute from day one so long as he picks up a few weights over the next 18 months. He's fluid for a guy his size and very offensively skilled.

Looks like a top 35 kid to me and wouldn't be surprised at all to see it.

According to Huawk fans, it is all Blum and his bulging bags of cash that are bringing in the recruits. I guess TJ and assistants just have to sit back and collect the signatures.

I work with Hawk fans and they seem to think the same thing. That's a weird way of looking at things in today's world, but whatever.

Someone needs to update the scholarship chart so I can how awesome the roster will be in the next couple years!
There are 8 seniors and 1 open scholarship. I do not know if any seniors have an extra year. 4 new recruits leaves 5 open scholarships for the transfer portal.

I’m getting Baylor vibes from when Scott Drew took them from below nothing and then all of a sudden started landing elite players.

From the outside looking in I’m sure a lot of non-ISU peeps are baffled by his recruiting success and wondering how the hell this is possible.

In the past when ISU would have a top class it would usually fall apart (read:Tim Floyd) or we’d have 1, 4 or borderline 5-star and the rest solid but not heralded players or diamonds in the rough to fill out the class. Looks like those days are gone.

ISU will make a Final Four (or a few) before TJ is gone and, I think, a National Championship. The talent and coaching are so good now I believe it’s unavoidable.

Just an A+++ job. I can’t believe it.

Grill, Jones, Ward and Tre King all have a Covid year available.

Gabe, Holmes, Shoon and Jaz are done.

I would tend to think all or most will take it, but who knows.

Next year we will be really young, after being really, really old for a few years. I don't want to put undue pressure on these guys but they have the pieces now to win the conference and make a deep run in the tourney, I truly believe that.

Tamin as an experienced floor general will be huge given this reality. One year of starting in this conference is quite an education and he's excelling.

The four years of Monte was like having a coach on the floor and hoping we get that again.

Just to feed some more Kool-Aid here: Most coaches, after winning one national title, tend to win a couple more pretty quickly afterwards. So, you know, don't sell TJ short just yet.
