For sure. I'm not going to ever doubt TJ either. I think just having a PG like Lipsey back and adding Jeremiah Williams in the mix makes it a lot easier for everyone else!

Next year we will be really young, after being really, really old for a few years. I don't want to put undue pressure on these guys but they have the pieces now to win the conference and make a deep run in the tourney, I truly believe that.

Yeah, Williams for sure is a vet....but I think Lipsey is way ahead of schedule in terms of being "seasoned." His maturity and demeanor to me is what will be the nucleus as we welcome the new classes in the next couple years. (as this year he will get the full "welcome to the big 12" season against the best in the country (and I have faith he will hold up VERY well against them)

I have faith in the staff to blend the experienced guys (Grill, Jones, Tre King) with the talented younger pieces (Omaha, Milan, Jelani, Kayden). Tamin will be the staple guy running the show for years to come. A veteran scoring guard to replace Gabe/Holmes will priority #1 in the portal.

This was my thought too. With a top 10 recruiting class coming in next season along with the job he has done with the transfers he's got out of the portal I would love to add a proven significant piece or 2 from the portal after this season to bring it all together. Should have a solid roster built to win right away that should be appealing to some of the top talent in the portal you would think.
