6 teams will finish with 10 wins this season. Winning 9 games this season is the equivalent of winning 10 or 11 games in a normal season.

Kinda amazing we actually got to play 12 games. It didn't look like there was going to be a season in July/August. But it's unfortunate we didn't have a full schedule. 12-2 or 11-3 depending on the Cy-Hawk outcome. Either way, that's an insane amount of wins for ISU.

Don't be ridiculous. Clemson and Notre Dame still should be and deserve to be ranked ahead of us. They would have each beat Oregon rather easily too. People need to stop overreacting to the CFP losses and blowouts. Bama would have beat us just the same way. Sorry that's the truth. We are hopefully on our way to competing with them. Look I can't stand Notre Dame, but as Brian Kelly said in the post game yesterday. EVERYONE is trying to beat those guys (Alabama, Clemson and Ohio State). Whoever was number 4 this year was going to be destroyed by Bama.

Agree. I honestly can't think of a team that didn't make the playoff that wouldn't get blown out by Bama. Notre Dame also could have made that game a little closer if they make two plays. They lost by 17 not 30 (like aTm did). They just aren't as good as Bama. Doesn't mean they weren't the 4th best team. Have no idea what Clemson was doing. They looked cocky and then a little shell shocked. Ohio State looked possessed (don't blame them). Clemson isn't all of a sudden some overrated team. That's just dumb.

8 unless osu exposes the SEC house of cards. ND was not deserving and the acc showed who they really were, but No Way do we jump either ND or clemson. I think it should be 6, but if bamma wins then the whole sec gets to say "but our best shot at bama was kinda close" and jump 4 and five spots in the polls for a loss because the media meat lickers are morons.
