It's amazing that on one end of the spectrum there's fans who bought into a parent hiring Andre Reed to talk up their kid, and then on the other end there's fans that must not believe words directly from a parent after that awful press conference statement. Kirk's had some very cringy comments in pressers the last couple years.
Deuce was likely never going to play at Iowa. He probably would’ve transferred at some point. His head coach making fun of his ability in a press conference probably made the decision a hell of a lot easier. It’s not something you do as a head coach. Unfortunately this is on the lighter side of bad things Kirk and his staff have done to players in the program.
I don't think his mom is a liar. But she sounds like her kid walks on water and can do no wrong.
