One of my native Oklahoma friends (and grad of Okie State) recently told me it is offensive to call it "Okie State." I told him he is a d-bag because I have called it that for as long as I can remember. Does your post mean I win the argument?

I've gotten scolded for that a time or two myself. I say Okie is fine, too many people are overly sensitive
