FB Facility Update

So, how do I buy me some of them there Athletic Facilities Revenue Bonds, Series I.S.U.?

I think a framed bond in my basement (or in the window of my tailgating truck) would be awesome.

Seriously, who buys them?

Somebody is going to be putting a lot of money into the expectation that we will be able to pay them back. And this is only one of many projects.

The University issues all kinds of bonds for sale. Anyone can buy them.

Yeah, I was half kidding when I wrote that, but I do wonder what in the heck they'll do with the Olsen and Jacobson buildings once the FB team moves out.

Wouldn't be shocked if other sports move stuff in there (talking specifically volleyball here).

Our volleyball team has some of the nicest facilities in the country, all in one spot, down in the lower levels of Hilton. I guess it's a matter of risk vs convenience for Christy to have her office near all the training stuff and team practice.

I'm talking weights and meeting rooms like they used last year. Some of the non-revenue coaches want the Olson Building to be their dedicated weight room and meeting rooms.

IIRC, the new facility does not include any sort of player's lounge.
