I've formed a hobby of finding random covers of either well known acts doing random covers or even amateurs that just play in their living room.
This is super amateur and older but I was intrigued by how she finds that grainy kind of resentment in how it's sung which is what carries the original.

A couple Neil Young covers that I discovered over the years. Honestly, the covers are much better, IMO.
Paul McCartney & Eric Clapton's version of "Something" from The Concert for George always gives me the feels.
