I'm entering the Texas State fair cookie competition again this year and wanted to add another category to boost my chances. I've decided the third category will be Holiday/Party cookies but I am trying to figure out which one to make.

My mom makes a fantastic snickerdoodle around Christmas time. That and her gingersnaps single handedly get me excited for Christmas.
