ESPN Full Court

Totally worth it. I got it last year for the first time and loved it. I can get all the Mediacom games without having to have Mediacom.

I've watch nearly all my ISU games on ESPN3 (same coverage as Full Court) for the last couple years through my computer with an HDMI cord. So far, every game listed as on Mediacom has been shown on ESPN3 as far as I can remember. All CTN games were shown on it also. The only ones I couldn't get in the past on ESPN3 were Clone Zone games, Fox Sports games, ESPNU games, or special tournament games which weren't on TV period. However, with the ESPNU games, I do believe recently I've seen ESPNU games on ESPN3 to some extent. Previously, ESPNU has been the exception of all the ESPN channels that they haven't made available on ESPN3. I'm guessing it has been to drum up people to sign up for cable packages including ESPNU.

It will suck if the ESPNU games aren't available since we have some good conference games on there this year, but overall it sounds like with a decent HDMI cable I won't really skip a beat without cable.

I apologize in advance for my ignorance, but can someone make this easy for me? If I live in central Iowa and have DirectTV, what kind of package do I have to subscribe to in order to see the most Cyclone basketball games on TV? (No, I'm not able to attend the games in person.)

Call DirecTV and get ESPN Full Court. This will get you almost every game.

When I moved out of state, I got ESPN full court through Directv and loved it. I saw almost every game last year. The schedule for full court should be up on Directv's website if you want to check it out.

The games that are on mediacomm and CTN back home are not broadcast in HD over the full court package. I remember watching the UNI game last year and feeling like I had rabbit ears on the television, but at least I still got to watch a game I wouldn't normally see.

It is definitely worth the money in my opinion.
