ESPN: Early 2012-13 MBB Bracketology

Re: ESPN: Early 2013-14 MBB Bracketology

Whoops, 2012-13 season! (Ha) Went through a time warp I guess...

How can you change the title on these threads again?

NP, it would have been crazy if they were projecting that far.

Someone is sad he's irrelevant for the next 8 months.

Looks like someone woke up in a surly mood this morning. Did Joe Lunardi personally pee in your coffee?

Look, I know that we have been conditioned to despise everything and everyone ESPN-related, especially since every single ESPN employee HATES Iowa State and HATES us as fans, but Lunardi has been doing an early Bracketology every single year for quite a while now.

And if he is so irrelevant, than why do you bother to post a reply to a thread based on his projections?

I was suprised at no WVU as well. Hasn't Huggy bear gotten them in every year since he has been there?

Gonzaga absolutely curbstomped them in the first round this season, and I may be off, but I believe their two best players were both seniors. I have no idea what kind of recruiting class they have coming in.

the only time huggins missed the ncaa tourney in the last 19 years was when he was at k-state, and they went 10-6 in the b12 that year.

always like to see the methodology behind the preseason bracketology: returning minutes, defensive/offensive efficiency, nba losses, ESPN recruiting rankings.

nice to make the "quant" cut by a second guy.

The guy posts in 95% of all the threads on this board.

I mean it's nice but let's be honest it is about as interesting as draft grades.

HAAAAA!!!!! Kansas a one seed. This Joe guy needs to find something else to do in the offseason. #getalife

Nice to see Iowa state get some recognition, it has been ages since we got any preseason respect. Hope the cyclone improve on last season.

That's the encouraging part.

Yeah, it means nothing, but it's also "something."

The last time I remember Iowa State in a too-early tournament forecast was in pre-season mags like Athlon, in 2005. (And the window there closed quite quickly — a cautionary tale, I guess, with things like this).
