If King ever plays the 1 at ISU something has gone horribly wrong. He is obviously not going to play this year barring catastrophic injury and next year are going to be 3 guys ahead of him minimum at the 1.
Wondered why this thread is still a thing and see @JDugan has an impressive amount of just awful takes. Congrats I couldn't stop reading.
We are basically starting four guards + Shoon right now. To answer your question directly I’d ask who you consider to be our 2. I assume Holmes?
Just wondering whether Eli will stay at Isu or go somewhere else to do his one and done season before going on to NBA. Maybe go to Iowa so Hawkeyes win by 40 over cyclones next year!
I don't know why I'm replying, but I hope Eli is learning from the upperclassmen ahead of him, enjoys being a part of something special, and continues to work hard from now through the summer, becoming a contributing player for the next 3 years.
This thread has, on occasion, derailed into productive discussion, but it is being primarily driven by two (allegedly) members that both joined on 12/1/22, have posted in no other threads, and have some… fascinating takes. Draw your own conclusions.

pat keep this quiet don't tell anyone. i have inside info from an ex janitor's uncle who still has connections in the lockerroom. dr otz has been offered a lifetime contract at a new program located in widow's peak wi; just outside fon du lac wi. on 400 wooded acres. these young men are dedicated to aerodynamics. anything that keeps them grounded is frowned upon. rumor has it he's taking only one player with him. he has been nicknamed the amish assassin. don't let this info leak or my inside connection will be terminated with extreme prejudice.
Eli seems to have a good attitude on the sidelines and don’t seem to be sulking. That’s all I care about. When the sideline guys are having fun, everything thing seems to work better. He will eventually play if he is good enough. If not that’s on him to decide what to do.
