Since Iowa's last Sweet 16 birth in the 1998-1999 season, Iowa has been to 7 NCAA Tournaments. 5 out of the 7 times they lost by double digits. The only time Iowa did not lose by double digits is when they lost to Tennessee by 6 in OT in the RD of 32 two years ago, and when Iowa lost by 1 to NWST in 2006.
