Iowa state has one two in a row. Neb coming off a huge home win against mizz. Ill take the fuskers 41-13.

Iowa state doesnt show up, untill its too late. cant come back to beat nebraska like we did against ku

I think we have a chance, but it's going to be tough against NU this time. This is assuming Martinez isn't out. Although Helu Jr. did run for over 300 yards and 3 TDs against Mizzou today... :wideeyed:

14-16 ISU. Each team scores on more touchdown than last year! What the hell, I love a win and I like to dream. I feel better about this game than I did the Texas game.
 
24-21 ISU over NU Mahoney makes one as time expires. Mahoney is given his moment, He and an upset over the goalposts ends with Mahoney and the posts being carried out of Jack Trice. Nebraska comes into Ames, IA with a hangover from the big win against Missouri, just like Texa$ did a week ago. Martinez is neutralized by Knott and Klein with aid from the spirit of Jesse Smith. Helu is again forced into a string of fumbles and is furiously *****ed out by his offensive linemen. The turning point comes when Kirby pins them deep and Sims picks off a floater caused by Lattimer hitting Martinez as he throws. Sims returns it for a pick six and the Jack goes wild. Final score 21-17 Cylones win. At the press conference Bo acknowledges that N really does stand for nowledge and the true reason they're leaving the Big 12 is that they can't beat Thee Iowa State University.

One of two things will happen IMO... we win in a close one... or we get blown out.

It depends on how the first quarter and a half goes IMO. If we hang with them for a quarter and a half... I think we gain confidence and momentum from the fans and pull off another HUGE upset. If we get behind early by a couple TDs... watch out... I think we lose big.
 
Hopefully kNU is pumped up for this game like they were for Texas and ISU sends them to the Big 10/11/12 with their tails between their legs.

If we can stop their run game, we have a chance to win. If our offensive line can hold Crick and company at bay, we have a chance to win.

Most people said this same thing about Utah......

I think line play will be the deciding factor. Dline needs to play stout up front and force some 3rd and longs and the Oline needs to open lanes for the running game. If that happens, I think we have a real shot. If we get run over like we have a couple times this season, and i we can't get the running game going, I don't trust Arnaud enough to beat a hgh scoring Nebby with his arm.
