Honestly I think this game is exactly what we needed. It brings us down to earth but that fact that we never quit when down 18 in the second half can give us great confidence. This team has some real stones and I can't wait to continue the ride!

I agree with this. It's a wake up call game to show them that they just can't come in expecting a win. It's also a confidence builder in that they know they can fight back when shots aren't falling and they aren't playing their best.

I think it's safe to say UNI (3-5) sucks too. Drake has much higher computer ratings fwiw.

Iowa State is going to lose at some point and when they do it will probably be an upset. I hate UNI more than life itself, but we had better get ready for a loss possibly as early as next week.

Dude who **** in your cheerios? Seriously? Some teams struggle with certain teams and we do with UNI every year. ALWAYS. What is impressive is being down by 18 and coming back to win, especially after we went into overtime on a banked 3pt prayer. We lose that game the last 3 years, period. This team has got some balls and refuses to lose. I'm also glad we laid our egg against UNI cause we were due to have a poor half and that was about as poor is it gets. I have a feeling that CFH will have a lot to reflect upon for the players and a week to prep for Iowa. Bring it.
