Super Mario Chalmers was the starting PG for a team that won the NBA Finals.
Charmers was a very solid second round pick but they traded him for two future second round picks who did nothing.
Predictable. No answer for Keegan Murray. Rises up over every Nebr defender.
Pathetic defensive effort again by Nebraska. I realize the buyout is very high, but how do you keep Fred. Letting him come back is totally disrespecting your fan support IMO.
Never a night off in that league.
I actually watched part of this. I have never seen worse defense than Nebraska. Never.
Maryland would run a simple ball screen and nobody took the guy with the ball. Amazing.
Maryland played really stupid and still smoked Nebby in Lincoln.

Fred knows this will be the nail in his coffin as far as being a coach. He and the players all know it’s futile, and are going through the motions to play out the string.
At least Fred has a very soft mattress filled with millions of dollars to land on.

Maybe it's a two-fold situation where they can't afford to do anything with Fred but have some saving grace in the wings but won't be for another year? Dunno. Just trying to make it make sense. I thought he was toast.
